About this event
Thank you for the work you have done with us to support, empower and uplift the LGBTQ+ community. For this year’s event we will be hosting a hybrid event with a small in person gathering at Stonewall Columbus and a much larger virtual program to accomidate all of our partners.
The venture ecosystem still severely lacks diversity in many ways, so we are working with local, regional, and national partners to help close this gap. We recognize that one of the most significant areas lacking support is for LGBTQ+ founders, and by working together we can make the most of our efforts. Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you.
VENTURE OUT 3 will be bringing in entrepreneurs, investors, corporations, community supporters, and creatives to highlight and celebrate LGBTQ+ organizations making changes in venture systems throughout the country.
While the theme is showcasing innovative partnerships to support diversity and inclusion in the venture community, it is also an effort to build bridges between innovative ecosystems in this space. The primary goal is to bring together like-minded professionals to learn about innovative projects and collaborations.
We are excited to showcase members of both the 2020 and 2021 classes of the LEAP Accelerator. We will be hosting conversations with national partners and as per usual we will have our fair share of surprises, activations, friendship, and fun.
